📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to ensure optimal product availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
