Rejeki Elsa Store is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a full-time position based in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within Sumatera Utara.
