📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute in-store activation plans to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to engage customers and showcase product features.
• Organize and manage promotional events, including sampling, giveaways, and interactive displays.
• Collaborate with retail partners to understand their needs and tailor activation strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and report on activation performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to continuously enhance activation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all retail and promotional guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions with customers and retail partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail activation roles.
• Proven track record of driving sales and brand engagement through in-store activations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and retail partners.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail operations and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
