📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of electrical projects.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the reliability of electrical systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electrical solutions.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.,Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing electrical systems.,Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.,Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful project management.,Certifications in electrical engineering are a plus.
