📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.

Ensure the structural integrity and safety of projects.

Develop and review structural designs and drawings.

Conduct structural analyses and calculations.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Mentor and train junior engineers.

Participate in project meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.

Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).

Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, ASCE).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Professional engineering license is a plus.

Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
