📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain linen and laundry services for all serviced apartments, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Perform daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for linen, towels, and other supplies.
• Order and manage supplies to ensure timely restocking and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Inspect and maintain laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in linen and laundry services, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• Proficient in using laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and irons.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
