📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process loan applications accurately and efficiently using our in-house loan processing system.
- Verify customer documents and ensure all necessary information is collected and validated.
- Conduct credit checks and risk assessments to determine loan eligibility.
- Communicate with customers and partners to provide updates on loan status and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and approval.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing or a related financial role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans and credit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
