📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Support the company's growth by attracting and retaining top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
