📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Maintain and update employee records and files,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field,1-3 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian,Passion for HR and a desire to contribute to the company's success
