📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish,Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed,Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity,Manage and mentor production staff,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Relations, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the manufacturing industry,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools
