📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans for Salesforce enterprise platforms and integrations,Identify, document, and track software defects and issues,Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects,Conduct regression testing to ensure software updates do not negatively impact existing functionality,Work with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases,Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices,Provide regular status updates and reports on testing activities and progress,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality assurance process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a similar role,Proven experience with Salesforce enterprise platforms and integrations,Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
