As a Senior Captain, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure that all food preparation meets health and safety standards and quality control guidelines.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and improve overall kitchen performance.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations.,Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international cuisine is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
