Rexline Engineering Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal & Investor Relations Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the company's management and board of directors.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and other key business partners.,Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests.,Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Lead and coordinate legal and investor relations initiatives and projects.,Represent the company in legal and business negotiations and meetings.,Stay up-to-date with legal and business developments in the industry and provide insights and recommendations to the management.,Build and maintain a strong network of legal and business contacts for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal affairs and investor relations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws, regulations, and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage complex legal and business relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing legal and investor relations in the engineering or construction industry is a plus.
