📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and evaluate existing programs to identify areas for improvement and development.,Develop and implement new programs that align with the government's strategic priorities.,Conduct research and gather data to support program development and evaluation.,Prepare and present program reports and recommendations to senior management.,Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to ensure program success and sustainability.,Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.,Provide technical support and guidance to program staff and partners.,Stay up-to-date with government policies, regulations, and best practices in program development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in program analysis and development, preferably in a government or international development context.,Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Strong understanding of government policies, regulations, and procedures.,Familiarity with development methodologies and tools, such as logical frameworks, theory of change, and impact evaluation.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
