📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in navigating the vessel and ensuring safe passage.,Monitor and maintain vessel systems, including navigation, communication, and safety equipment.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to prevent accidents.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and safety measures.,Assist in the training and supervision of the crew.,Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role in maritime operations.,Valid Marine Engineer Officer (MEO) or Marine Deck Officer (MDO) certificate.,Knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Good physical fitness and health condition.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
