📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Manage and maintain the restaurant's budget, including monitoring expenses and forecasting revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service.,Monitor and maintain the restaurant's reputation by ensuring excellent customer service.,Participate in inventory management and ordering processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and budgeting.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and scheduling.,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
