📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Documenting patient records accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with the medical team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to continuous quality improvement.
  • Promoting a positive and safe work environment for both patients and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Experience in managing a team of nurses.
