📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods/services.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement activities align with business needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Support the Procurement Manager in managing the procurement budget and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Participate in procurement audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
