📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Server in managing and coordinating server staff.,Ensure that all servers are trained and knowledgeable about our menu and services.,Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Server.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food service standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
