📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.,Manage and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.,Attend trade shows, events, and promotions to showcase our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
