📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and policies.,Identifying and assessing risks to the organization, and recommending mitigation strategies.,Conducting due diligence on new business partners and vendors.,Ensuring compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on audit-related matters.,Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
