Indonesia Real Estate is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage banquet events, including planning, scheduling, and execution.,Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, decorators, and other service providers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for banquet events.,Handle any issues or complaints that arise during the event and work to resolve them promptly.,Prepare and present reports on banquet events, including attendance, feedback, and any issues encountered.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet staff or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations for event planning.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
