Hotel Rama Fashion is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.,Maintain a clean and organized guest room, ensuring it is ready for the next guest upon departure.,Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel, including participating in housekeeping tasks as needed.,Assist with front desk operations, including managing reservations, processing payments, and updating guest records.,Promote the hotel's amenities, services, and special offers to guests, both in person and through various communication channels.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
