📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage and supervise a team of facility management staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve facility efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.,Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance checks.,Maintain accurate records of facility usage, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a university or large organization setting.,Strong knowledge of facility management software and systems.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to facilities management.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
