📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality ingredients.,Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and sales analysis.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar establishment is a plus.
