📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide compassionate and high-quality care to elderly patients in a geriatric and palliative care setting.,Assess and monitor patients' health conditions, and develop personalized care plans.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.,Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Document patient care accurately and maintain patient records.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in geriatric and palliative care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a geriatric or palliative care setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Geriatric and palliative care knowledge and experience.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.Experience in patient education and advocacy.Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
