Rumah Sakit Dewi Auto Service is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an immediate opening, so we need someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed and merchandised effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and customer preferences.
