In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
