📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay guest orders accurately to the kitchen staff.,Present food and beverages to guests in a timely and appealing manner.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.,Assist with the setup and cleanup of the dining area.,Promote menu items and specials to encourage guest orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks.,Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.

🛠️ Keahlian

Multilingual skills (EnglishIndonesianor other local languages) are a plus.Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial.Experience with food and beverage service software is an asset.
