📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with customers to promote and sell XLSmart products, both in-person and through digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Track customer interactions and sales performance using Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Leverage data analytics to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
• Report on sales performance and customer feedback to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for customer engagement and sales.
