📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement creative content strategies for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create high-quality visual content, such as graphics, photos, and videos, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
• Film and edit engaging videos showcasing our salon's services, treatments, and team members.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with our brand's voice and values.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and lifestyle trends to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Analyze and report on the performance of our content, using insights from platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Assist in the development of our salon's website and e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Attend industry events and workshops to expand your knowledge and network with other professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of beauty and lifestyle trends, as well as a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
