📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist clients at the reception area, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and warmth.
• Book and manage client appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely notifications.
• Handle client complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and satisfactorily.
• Provide information about our services, including treatments, products, and promotions, to help clients make informed decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for client visits.
• Collaborate with the medical and aesthetic teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and appointments.
• Promote our clinic's services and products through friendly and professional interactions with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with a passion for beauty and skincare.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and software, such as Microsoft Office.
