📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently using our in-house loan processing system.
• Verify customer documents and ensure all necessary information is collected and validated.
• Conduct credit checks and risk assessments to determine loan eligibility.
• Communicate with customers and partners to provide updates on loan status and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and approval.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing or a related financial role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans and credit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
