📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and work orders using SAP PM and Maximo.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
• Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics to ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience with SAP PM and Maximo.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Facility Management or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
