As an M&E Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all mechanical and electrical systems are installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with industry standards and project specifications. You will oversee a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are maintained. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, permits, and other documentation as required.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them in your projects.
• Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E supervision, with a proven track record in managing projects of similar scope and complexity.
• Certifications in relevant M&E systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards, including Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and Building Code Requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and meet tight deadlines.
