As a Driver Partner, you'll drive our fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to various outlets across Bali. You'll work closely with our operations team to manage your route, and you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while maintaining a high standard of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive and maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition for safe and efficient deliveries.
• Deliver packages and goods to various outlets in Bali, adhering to strict timelines and customer expectations.
• Manage your route and schedule, working with our operations team to optimize delivery routes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and outlets, providing updates on delivery status and resolving any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others on the road.
• Report any vehicle or equipment issues to the maintenance team, ensuring timely repairs and minimal downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring a professional image for our company.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.
• Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle you'll be driving.
• Good knowledge of the Bali area, including traffic patterns and shortcuts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and outlets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with GPS and route planning software, such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Clean driving record and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Ability to lift and carry packages and goods as needed.
