📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records and documents using BambooHR
• Support payroll processing by verifying and entering data into QuickBooks
• Help with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
• Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing welcome packages and orientation materials
• Support HR team in maintaining compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Assist in preparing reports and data for HR metrics and analytics
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR project initiatives
• Learn and understand company processes to support HR operations effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with HR software like BambooHR is a plus
• Basic knowledge of payroll processing and accounting principles
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
